Ownership and identity
You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the items you offer for sale. Bring valid government-issued identification and, if available, the original purchase invoice.
Items we assess
We accept gold and silver, including old or broken jewellery. Stones, enamel and non-metal materials are excluded from the relevant precious-metal weight.
Verification and acceptance
We do not buy stolen, found or counterfeit items. We may refuse a transaction where ownership, identity or the nature of an item cannot be established. Contact the branch for item-specific requirements.
